Southland suits Hong Kong students

International students in Southland secondary schools are better settled than those in the North Island, according to education agents from Hong Kong.

International education agents from Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, Poland, Thailand and Britain visited Southland during the first week of May 2009. The group of 10 were in New Zealand to attend a conference in Auckland and visited Southland Boys' High, Southland Girls' High, Central Southland, Aparima, James Hargest and Menzies, while also taking in the sights of Stewart Island and Fiordland.
