Frequently asked questions

Where do I get tickets from?

From June 2012 you can buy your tickets from the Invercargill i-Site (located in the Southland Museum building), Gala Street, Invercargill. Tickets cost $13 per person per day, and there is a $3 booking fee. You can also do credit card bookings over the phone by calling the i-Site: (03) 2110895.

The festival begins at 10:30am each day.  There is only one entrance to the festival. It's on 288 Layard Street.

Do I have to bring a parent or caregiver with me?

Yes! Everyone under 14 years must come to the festival with an adult, but you could bring your big brother or sister, aunty, older cousin, grandma etc. They will have a great time too.
