Transport
There are plenty of options for getting to and around Southland.
The region is well-known for its extensive network of open roads reaching every place you would want to go (except the remote wilderness areas of Fiordland National Park) making driving a pleasure with some fantastic scenery to admire along the way.
If you are opting for public transport, there is a wide range of transport providers that can connect you to all the main centres. Check the menu to the left for the full list of options.
An easy way to find the best options for you, as well as availability/price information, is to enquire at the Invercargill i-SITE where the staff are always happy to help with your travel plans.
